First I would like to thank you for your telephone message of the other day and rather then returning your call, I found it extremely important that I send you a note to provide something in writing to express to you how EXTREMELY impressed anc pleased I was in dealing with each and every person involved in the purchase of my truck. From the first phone conversation with Shelly through to my final pick up from Lance, everyone was extremely helpful, professional and most importantly understanding of my needs. Shelly and Scott knew I was looking for a used vehide, I had expressed my dream” car and that is exactly what they provided me with. The vehicle had just been brought in to your store that day and I had not even seen it, but they had shown me one similar and when I explained my desire to have a vehicle immediately (I guess I can be a spoiled brat at times) they assured me that they would not let me down and to wait until the following day (Friday) and I would not be disappointed with the wait and they were absolutely correct. The vehicle that I bought on that day was everything I said I wanted. It had a couple of items that were not included (which let’s face it, this was a pre-owned car so it would have been pure luck if it had it all) that I had wanted, which was a bed-liner, tonneau (sp?) cover and remote start — Shelly had me meet with Lance on Thursday and we agreed that if the vehicle came back from detailing without the liner, he would do it that day for me. When I had left that evening, Shelly and Scott assured me that they would call me the moment the vehicle was returned from detailing and let me know if they still felt it was the one for me — Well when I got the call I believe that Shelly was about at excited as I was when I saw it — they worked out a great deal for me With my financing situation and never once made me feel poorly. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, my children and I were greeted once again with an extremely warm welcome am a genuine display of happiness for us as we were ready to drive off
After the weekend, I had received a follow up call from both Scott and Shelly to ensure that I was still 100% satisfied and to ask if I had fun with my new “baby” over the weekend! The initial and follow up contact prompted me to proceed with calling Lance and scheduling the time to have the remote start and cover put on the back—as with my original experience, he too was very helpful, pleasant and prepared for me — he had a loaner car all ready with the paperwork prepared and made sure I was in and out in a very timely fashion. On each visit, your poor associates actually even waited for me—all of them being aware of my commute (I work in the loop and live in Huntley, so the travel times can be extensive). Shelly came in during times that were her scheduled “off’ periods and Lance stuck around for me to drop off my vehicle as well as worked out a time that was good for me to pick up my vehicle.
Each contact I had with various people at your store was impressive, comfortable and quite fun. You have a great group working with you and I am pleased to have had the opportunity to meet everyone. The personal human touch all of you have displayed is to be commended. I will proudly refer anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle to your dealership and regardless of where I am at geographically, I will be a life long customer of Anthony Pontiac. Keep up the good work and again, thanks for having such a high quality group of people.

Dear Sir:
I am a Buick only customer who has purchased four Buicks from Anthony. My immediate family including two daughters and two grand children and myself all drive Buicks.
These cars all perform excellent excent the 1999 Buick Century. I had to reolace the Intake Gasket on it at 48000 miles. Just lately the same gasket leaked again. I complained to Joe Aueili, my Sales Person, and to David Mundt, the Service Managzer. They rectified my complaint by only charging a nominal fee for the second time.
Anthony has a Bill of Rights in the Service Department with #6 stating “The Customer is to receive complete and total satisfaction for as long as they own the vehicle’
I purchased this new car and Anthony lived unto their Creed and I am a very well satisfied customer.

I just want to say, that though the car buying experience was not the fastest or best we ever
had, it was really the nicest experience Virginia & I have had in 4yrs. Trust me when I say that your competitor at Country had us feeling like we should be happy for the $675/month payment and that we should be honored that the one and only Dan Martino was our sale rep. Both you and Andy took quality, non-judge-mental time with us. Not just trying to sell us a car at any price no matter the budget or the affect it may have on the family. No you both took time to deal with us with respect and non-assumptuous reaction. Like thinking since I have a Hispanic surname that I would rather deal with a Spanish speaking rep.
I have to say that, as someone who worked his way through college by selling clothes at Bachrach Mens clothery, You both made us feel that at anytime we could say no and walk out. And it was that lack of pressuring and that “here we care about you” interaction that Virginia and I both felt that was the reason we wanted to buy this car. We both really wanted a payment below $500, but because I knew you neither needed our business or cared if you lost it NOT because you are one of the 12th best dealerships in the nation or that you are a major clearinghouse for insurance companies, but because it was our choice to make not yours to grant. In a business were credit and income dictate sales, it is pretty daunting for anyone who is trying to raise a family and finish school (in my case Pharmacy school) and make sure the kids have a good education, to walk into a business of major purchase and lay our (credit) soul on the table to only get crushed in the word “NO”. Even though that was always out there, you never made us feel like it was you doing us a favor, but rather it was Anthony’s helping try to reach a goal, like a brother would help his sibling leam a sport or drive a car.
Just pass on our deepest thanks to Andy, and know that both Virginia and I both appreciate all the effort and the extra efforts both you and Andy put out for us. Even after the deal was inked and the light in the dealerships were dimming Andy sat out in our new Terazza and showed me the “ins & outs” of operating our new vehicle. That speaks to not only Andy”s work ethic but also to training and service Anthony’s put forth to it’s staff.
Thank You Again, for both you Andy’s help and effort in making this a very pleasant car experince. It was fun it was real, not fake and chit-chatty, and it was a real 180 degrees from the mess we encountered at Country.

We have purchased and leased autos from your dealership for the past several years but it wasn’t until our latest experience with Shelley Barr and Malik Reid that we felt compelled to write to you about it.
Our lease was expiring on our GMC Envoy and we intended on visiting the dealership to just discuss our options but instead we walked out with a deal on a brand new GMC Acadia. Dear Mr. Augeili:
My husband and I had a wonderful experience while visiting your dealership yesterday! While I am inexperienced at communicating with dealerships and sales consultants, my husband is not, I pointed out to him more than once the wonderful service we received. Our sales consultant was Steven Jordan. Mr. Jordan was phenomenal to us and our families’ needs. He took the time to give us a thorough tour of the building and explained everything in detail for any questions we had.
My husband said more than once that he had never been to a dealership where the sales consultant was as honest and caring as Mr. Jordan.
Even as we waited for our paperwork to be completed, he kept checking in on us and keeping us updated as to our status so far. Steven introduced us to other very friendly employees and we felt very confident and comfortable the entire time.
Good service is hard to come by sometimes. We just needed for you to know that the’ people working here are a very professional and ethical group of people. Steven is a trustworthy person who deserves accolades for his excellent customer service skills; as does the entire staff who we were so fortunate to be serviced by.

I want to take the time to write you a letter to inform you of my experience at your dealership.
Three months ago my wife and I were in the market for a truck and didn’t know what kind we wanted, GMC, Chevy, Ford, Toyota or Dodge. I stopped in one day and talked to Steve Jordan about the trucks and the position that I was in. I was not prepared to buy at that time but did entertain the idea of a purchase if the right truck was located. I told Steve that we have driven the Dodge only; Steve offered to let me take a truck home to drive and show my wife who was unable to search for a truck with me. Drove the truck and the look grew on her but we still haven’t driven the other vehicles. I returned the truck the next evening and Steve was receptive and considerate while we told him that we were not going to buy it that night and still wanted to look at the others.
Later that week I called Steve and thanked him for his service but we are not going to buy the truck because we were going to purchase a car instead. Thanked him and told him that I will be back next year when the 2009 models are out.
Then three months later the vehicle that we ordered came in and we drove it that night and decided to look at other vehicle and actually made a deal on the 2008 Honda Accord and I was on my way home to get the wife to go to the dealer and purchase the car. During my ride home I received an opportunity that changed everything. My wife and I decided to purchase the truck; I stopped by and Steve Jordan was not in so I had to deal with Dave who was great as well. We ended up purchasing a 2008 GME Sierra Crew.
This letter was written to let you know that even thought Steve and Dave worked as a team to get the vehicle sold it was all Steve for the reason that my wife and I purchased a vehicle from Anthony Pontiac. If it wasn’t for Steve three months ago I would have compared prices and went to the dealer with the lowest price and bought the vehicle there but due to the experience with Steve I did not shop around even though you did not have the color that we wanted.
Thank you for having a person like Steve on your staff as he may not sell a car to everyone; those people will remember the experience and will return.
